Our team
History
Audit firm Factor-Audit was founded in 1994. During 30 years of work we have grown from a small consulting firm to a multidisciplinary audit and consulting company.
Taking into consideration our Clients' increased needs for legal services, particularly in tax disputes, in 2002 we set up a separate company Consulting Company Factor, which specializes in providing legal services.

Personnel
The number of employees in AF Factor-Audit and Subsidiary Company CC Factor is 30 people, among them 5 certified auditors, 3 certified tax advisors.
The operational experience of the key personnel is more than 10 years.
Services Quality Control
We have our own internal quality control service; we ensure quality in all types of activities.
Audit firm Factor-Audit LLC has successfully passed external quality control with respect to the quality of its audit services (Decision of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine No. 220/4.1 dated 23.09.2010)
Professional audit activity is carried out based on:
- Certificate about State Registration of Legal Entity No. 496918 Series AOO dated 14.09.1994; identification number (“EDRPOU” Code 21253917);
- Certificate about Entry into Ukrainian Register of Audit Firms and Sole Auditors No. 0305 dated 26.01.2001;
- Certificate AB 001311 dated 15.02.2011 about Entry into Ukrainian Register of Audit Firms and Sole Auditors Entitled to Audit of Financial Institutions Operating in the Stock Market;
- Decision of the Audit Chamber of Ukraine No. 220/4.1 dated 23.09.2010 “On successful passing external quality control with respect to the quality of audit services”.
